From Classroom Lessons to Field Action
Earlier in the day, the class gathered to learn the principles behind crane dynamics, how loads behave, how movement affects balance, and why control is critical in lifting operations.
But the learning didn’t end there.
After the session, the team moved straight to the field. Helmets on, positions assigned, and instructions given. One by one, participants began applying what they had just learned, guiding loads carefully, controlling movement, and observing how the crane responds under real working conditions.
Questions were asked. Adjustments were made. Techniques were repeated until every student understood the process and gained confidence in their actions.
This transition from classroom learning to field practice is what makes the difference.
At the Onshore and Offshore Safety Institute, training goes beyond theory. We ensure every participant practices extensively and develops the competence required for real crane operations.
