My Sunscreen journey has been amazingly wonderful. I can visibly see the difference it makes.

According Michael Kurzman, Aging and wrinkles can be due to excessive exposure to the sun. Years of sun damage will cause you to get wrinkles and look older than you really are. The Skin Care Foundation estimates that 90 percent of aging comes from the hours you spent in the sun. Wearing sunscreen daily saves you from years of visible damage later.

Sunscreen protects every skin type. So get onboard if you haven't. This is non negotiable if you desire a healthy and beautiful skin.♥️💯

Beautiful skin begins with skin protection from all the UV rays that hit us everyday. One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun.☀️🌅

A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer. - Major Clinic

For the most complete sun protection:, we need to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 . I personally prefer a higher SPF which is 50 and above for adult skin that wants to adresss anti-aging.

Applying sunscreen generously, and reapply it every two hours helps combat natural aging and various skin problems.

My advice is to avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest. If that's not possible, wear your sunscreen religiously and wear protective covering too. 😎👒☂️

You definitely would have to deal with competition someday and so the need for you to create a huge difference between you and your competition is so vital in growing your business.

In dealing with your competition, don't just only create a difference between the products and services you have to offer, but also create a "Brand-Difference". Create a brand that represents the image you want your organization to have. .

Make sure you stand out in all you do and all you represent.....for having a quality brand equals having a good reputation. .

You may need to carry out personality tests to ascertain their different personality types- (sanguine, melancholy, choleric or phlegmatic) and equip youself with the basic information you need to understand the different people you have working in your organization. .
