Safeway Hospital located on the Lekki-epe expressway was established in the year 1998. It started as a maternity when the need to fulfill the needs of the environs had to be met. The then Lagos State commissioner of Health, Dr Leke Pitan, who upon inspection realized it met the standards of a hospital, later upgraded it to a hospital in 2000. Its ultimate goal since inception has been to provide quality and very affordable healthcare especially to serve the majority of people. Safeway Hospital is built on three floors and is strategically located on the Lekki-Epe axis, about 2minutes drive from the permanent site of the Lagos Business School. The hospital provides care in medical fields such as obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, general outpatient, laboratory and radiological diagnostics. Our philosophy has always been to be a centre of excellence in the delivery of quality and affordable healthcare to the general public, thereby contributing our own quota to the overall healthcare delivery system in Nigeria. Safeway Hospital always desires to seek more knowledge and skills both in our technological advancement and human capacity building in order to deliver the best services possible.
