Amela Pharmacy is currently recruiting qualified and result-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. SALES STAFF – PHARMACY OUTLET
Job Overview

The Sales Staff will be responsible for attending to customers, driving product sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining proper stock and store presentation in the pharmacy outlet.

Scope of the Job
• Front desk sales and customer engagement
• Product recommendation and upselling
• Stock handling and inventory support

General Responsibilities
• Attend promptly and professionally to customers
• Provide accurate product information and guidance within approved limits
• Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of shelves
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist in stock taking and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with pharmacy standards
• Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements
• Minimum of OND/NCE (additional qualifications are an advantage)
• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail sales is preferred
• Basic understanding of OTC products and health-related items
• Must reside in Uyo or its environs

Key Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Basic inventory management software knowledge
• Social media literacy for online sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accountability

2. MAKEUP ARTIST – BEAUTY SHOP

Job Overview
The Makeup Artist will provide professional makeup services, assist customers with beauty product selection, and support sales growth within the beauty shop.

Scope of the Job
• Professional makeup application
• Beauty consultations and product recommendation
• Retail sales of cosmetic and skincare products
• Brand promotion and customer retention

General Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality makeup services for various occasions
• Recommend suitable beauty products based on client needs
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
• Manage bookings and customer records
• Create engaging beauty content for social media marketing
• Support stock control and product display
• Meet agreed sales targets

Requirements
• Proven experience as a makeup artist
• Certification in makeup artistry is an advantage
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Must reside in Uyo or its environs

Key Skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
• Basic graphic content creation skills (e.g., Canva)
• Ability to manage online bookings and digital communication
