THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER
Food is a necessity to human life but water is much more important and much more needed.
A person that makes friend with water experiences little or no sickness at all.
70-80% of your body was originally designed by God to be water based, without which sickness is inevitable.
Water cleanses your body internally and externally.
It energizes your system.
It keeps you sound and fitted.
It eliminates toxins and other harmful agent in your body.
It boost your body's immunity to readily and actively fight diseases.
Most diseases you spend so much money to treat could have been avoided if you were an addicted water consumer.
Parents who spends so much money on their children's health can now have a relief by adopting a new lifestyle for their children by teaching them to drink a lot of water everyday.
If you can give this a try, then observe your children, the first 90-120 days and see them grow healthier and stronger than when you placed them on drugs.

Why on earth did God created water?
I often say, Water is a medicine. And in fact, the first medicine from God to mankind. But any medicine you do not consume cannot fulfill its purpose outside your body.
You will never know how powerful water is until you allow its complete dosage enter your body.
When I didn't know this, I used to treat malaria and typhoid almost every two months but when I got this understanding and applied it, it's over 5years now, I have never again swallow any medicine for such treatments.
Water is highly medicinal.
As an adult, everyday your body requires a minimum of 3-4 litres of water.
Take note of this.
You don't drink water because you are thirsty.
You don't drink it just because you just finished your meal.
YOU DRINK WATER BECAUSE YOUR BODY NEEDS IT.
YOU DRINK WATER BECAUSE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
And if you understand this, you will not drink water as at when you feel like. Because many at times, we don't feel like taking it. But you force yourself sometimes against your feelings and consciously feed your system with sufficient water. If this can be achieved, you can go to sleep like a baby. Your health is guaranteed to a great extent.
