November klussen: zorgen dat wanneer het gras groener lijkt aan de overkant, iedereen toch veilig op de weide blijft. ☺️👏 Coen maakt voor de schapen, geiten, paarden en ezels de mooiste en stevigste hekken van heinde en ver; voorzien van kastanjepalen, schapengaas en een stroomdraad. 🤍

🐑✨ Vorige week mochten we, dit keer met een MT van 17 managers, een teamtraining schapenhoeden verzorgen bij Community Farm NL.
In de buitenlucht, samen met de kudde, ontdekten we hoe duidelijkheid, rust en vertrouwen het verschil maken — niet alleen bij schapen, maar óók binnen een managementteam.
Wat ontstaat er wanneer we vaker reflecteren, een derde perspectief uitnodigen, hulp durven vragen in een leiderschapsrol én werken met heldere verwachtingen en transparante communicatie?
De reacties waren enthousiast en de inzichten waardevol.
Mooi om de openheid, het plezier en de scherpte van deze groep te zien.

We believe in your unique strenghts and in creating together. So when you have the time and energy, we would love to hear your ideas and maybe even join the building of this place for new family members. Think about ecological farming, animal care, making cheese, creating arts, making music, cooking, the garden, building and renovating, organising workshops, etc.
We have a simplistic, non-consuming and non-profit attitude. We believe you can buy a lot of things to make life easier, but you can’t buy your own luck. It’s your responsibility to heal yourself and for that you have to want to change yourself. Not one person can change you, but you. So we can only offer our place, our time, our wisdom, our support and our Love.
To be able to share the place with you and your family we depend on donations. So you give what you can miss or what you consume; we don’t care how much and if that’s today, next week or in your next life.
We always find the time and place to welcome you, because we believe that we are on Earth to rebond with eachother through Love.
