Welcome to My Flower Essence Practice
Hi, I’m Shawana CurandEira, and I’m so glad you’re here. My work with flower essences is about helping you reconnect with your true self and realign with the core essence of who you are. I truly believe that nature holds profound healing power, and these essences act as energetic allies to support you in finding balance, clarity, and light in your life.
I work with a range of flower essences that come from unique and vibrant ecosystems. These flowers hold specific energies that work on many levels—emotional, physical, and spiritual. Whether it’s a flower to strengthen your boundaries, open your heart, or help you align with your soul’s purpose, we’ll tune into what you need and find the perfect support for your journey.
I always teach my clients to listen to their bodies and intuition. One of the ways I describe this is by tuning into the “spark in the toes”—a subtle but powerful sensation of alignment when something feels just right. It’s about following what feels like a “full yes” in your life and learning to trust that wisdom.
When we work together, it’s not about me giving you answers—it’s about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to reconnect with your inner light. I see flower essences as a way to strengthen that core light within you, the part of you that shines out into the world. When your essence is strong, you naturally feel more aligned, protected, and able to move through life with clarity and purpose.
