Bienvenido 2026 y Gracias 2025!
Hace unas semanas participé en una actividad organizada por .miran
En el precioso jardín de su casa, en medio de la naturaleza, un grupo de mujeres nos encontramos para escribir sobre el 2025 y lo que deseábamos del 2026.
Es una actividad que suelo hacer cada año el 21 de diciembre, durante el solsticio de invierno.
Este año hacerlo en grupo y en conexión con la naturaleza ha sido una experiencia muy bonita.
Una de las invitaciones fue escribir una tarjeta al año 2025.
Este fue mi mensaje :
⭐Me quedo con las risas de este año, la aventura, la familia, el apoyo y soporte, las ideas, los viajes, los amig@s,los momentos brillantes, los baños de bosque, el mar, la montaña, la naturaleza, el deporte y el sol. Los días de lluvia para mí y los momentos de conexión.
🌷Deseo poder aplicar los aprendido en 2025 al próximo año 2026.
💜Un abrazo fuerte querido 2025 y un beso a tod@s los que han hecho este año posible.
Forest Bathing Walk in Amstelpark
Beautiful autumn colours.
Interesting experience. We managed to inmerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the sounds, colours and the rain even though the park was full of people "hunting" Pokémon.
You can enjoy the benefits of nature everywhere despite the circumstances around you.
The positive side of organising the walk for a small group is that I also get to participate in the activity.
You can see me walking slower than what is slow for me, and meeting a new tree friend. Not too big, crazy leaves and a mix of following the path set and also growing wherever... :).

Forest Bathing with a Team-Building Twist 🌿
Last week I organised a team - building experience in nature for the company I work for.
This was the first time I tried combining forest bathing with a focus on relaxation, cooperation, and fun — while also going a bit deeper to explore our team dynamics.
We began with some activities to help everyone become present, slow down, and disconnect from our busy routines. Then, to engage the senses of smell, sight, and touch, I invited the team to create their own “magic potion” from natural aromas.
Finally, we reflected and shared:
👉 What kind of magic would your potion create for one of our stakeholders or clients?
👉 You can even give your potion a name!
Here are some of the wonderful creations that emerged:
SUNFLOWER BED: Everyone can jump in, feel hugged, and say what’s on their mind.
COLOURING: Bring more colour to our meetings.
TAKE IT EASY: Reduce unnecessary stress in our jobs.
MICRODOSIS MUSHROOM: Improve stakeholders’ moods when needed.
AWAKENING MUSHROOM: Provide an instant, long-term reminder to avoid reminders by email.
For our final activity, each team member picked an object from nature that represented one of our team’s strengths. Together, we created a circle with these objects and reflected on what makes our team special:
Open-minded and beautiful team
Clean, lean, and resilient
A team where you can truly be yourself
Flexible and inclusive — giving space to everyone
Adapting every day to many things while being given independence
Just like some of the plants in the forest, we grow everywhere — even through the cracks in the pavement. 🌱
It was a very special forest bathing and team-building experience for me, and the feedback from the team was very positive.
Part of our team is based in Mumbai - India and they were interested in organising something similar there. Of course I volunteered to organise it for them in the Himalayas :)

I am very lucky and I have been able to take a break from my usual daily life.
I have been enjoying quality time with family and friends and now we are on an adventure in Peru.
This is my favorite place until now for sure, el Cañón del Colca!! . Ohhh it would be so wonderful being able to organise a forest bathing walk here.
The Canyon is the place to watch condors fly. We decided not to do the usual trekking down and up and spend a couple of nights in a rural hotel just on top of the Canyon. We did a trekking alone, being able to enjoy this amazing scenery.
There is no noise, no planes.. at some point I thought, there it is, I can also hear the KLM flight here but noooo it was the sound of two condors flying over our heads :).
This being said, this amazing place is quite high around 3,600 m so we were hit a bit by the altitude sickness. I also want to share the challenging part of this beautiful experience. :)

Baño de bosque este fin de semana en Madrid, con sol y cielo azul!.
Combinación de baño de bosque en parque urbano y coaching en la naturaleza.
Un grupo de mujeres que en el último círculo compartimos las cualidades del grupo :
- Fuerza
- Dejar huella en la sociedad
- Más fuerza y resiliencia
- Y otra dosis de fuerza!
- Empatía

Hoy ha sido uno de esos inesperados días soleados en Ámsterdam, que alegran el espíritu de los que aquí habitamos :).
He salido a descubrir algún nuevo café y lo he encontrado, con este precioso y pequeño jardín interior.
Naturaleza en la ciudad ❤️ y una tarta deliciosa también.

I guided today in my first "solo" Forest Bathing Walk.
We explored autumn in Amstelpark, inmersing all our senses in the colours, aromas and textures.
We also connected with our creative side and enjoyed a tea with a delicious muffin that Marta baked.
Very nice "solo" guiding experience! 😊❤️

Hello, my name is Susana, registered Shiatsu Practitioner qualified in 2008 with the Amigos del Shiatsu school (Madrid). Ratified school by A.P.S.E. ( Asociación de Profesionales de Shiatsu de España) and the E.S.F (European Shiatsu Federation).
Since I discovered Shiatsu I became a "Shiatsusi" and, my personal and professional life have been linked to this therapy. Always trying to extend my knowledge I have studied a postgraduate course in Movement Shiatsu with David Ventura, specialized shiatsu courses (Carola Beresfoord-Cooke, Bill Palmer, Suzanne Yates..), Chinese Medicine and foundations of acupuncture and Foundations of Western Medicine (Shenzhou University. Amsterdam 2019 - MBK Plato).
Shiatsu is a form of communication through touch, I really love this way of communication with others. It is a particularly effective way to feel more connected and navigate the ups and downs of life. With my Do – In class I want to share exercises which can be practiced by anyone, in anyplace, using only a short period of time; and therefore, they can easily be a part of our daily life.

Desde que descubrí el Shiatsu me convertí en "Shiatsusi" y, mi vida personal y profesional han estado vinculadas a esta terapia.
Amplié mi formación estudiando un postgrado en Shiatsu en Movimiento con David Ventura, diversos cursos de especialización en shiatsu (Carola Beresfoord-Cooke, Bill Palmer, Suzanne Yates..), Medicina Tradicional China y conocimientos básicos de acupuntura. Realicé también el curso Foundations of Western Medicine (Shenzhou University. Amsterdam 2019 - MBK Plato).
El shiatsu nos permite comunicarnos a través del contacto y, esa forma de comunicarnos me encanta. Con mis clases de Do – In quiero compartir ejercicios accesibles a todas las personas independientemente de su edad y condición física: estiramientos, ejercicios de respiración, auto-masaje. Herramientas que nos permitan conectar con nuestras necesidades y nos apoyen en nuestros procesos naturales de auto-curación.
