Officially an East side gal now, about to start a new decade in a new part of town.
Moving is always stressful and as a home body that needs a cozy safe space to nest I always feel a bit like a repotted plant. Figuring out where the light is, how the soil feels against my roots, how much water I need now. So this week I’m walking barefoot, practicing daily yoga nidra, taking lavender drops to calm my nervous system and finding my new roots.
