5-day Core retreat with an added sparkle ✨🏜️

Our 5-day Core retreat takes place in our new Spanish venue this year, giving participants the opportunity to make the most out of this unique setting. We dedicate two and a half days to integration, one of the most important aspects of the experience, so you can bask in the ‘afterglow’ for as long as possible. This facilitates more space for the stillness and quiet that is so necessary for integration but that is often lacking in the hectic pace of modern life. 🐢🌞

Navigating the Psychedelic Renaissance with expertise and care ✨

We are delighted to collaborate with Mind Medicine Australia in an exciting development for Alalaho: delivering Core retreats to medical and health practitioners from Australia, where psilocybin-assisted therapies have recently been legalised. This is the experiential part of their training to deliver Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) and we feel truly blessed by this precious opportunity to share our expertise this way.🌿🍄
