🔥 Week 44: GlowWithHeart — Joy with Clear Choices | Balance Heart (Yin) & Small Intestine (Yang)

This week we focus on the Fire element. We’ll open the heart and balance two energy pathways (Heart and Small Intestine) to bring warmth, clarity, and ease.

⭐ What you’ll gain: Better mood without burnout. Better sleep. Open shoulders and chest. Clearer decision-making.

🔴 Fire element basics: The Heart controls awareness and blood flow. The Small Intestine helps us sort what’s useful from what’s not—in both digestion and emotions.

🔴 Practice tips: Keep the heart warm but calm—no over-stimulation. Use nasal breathing. Soften jaw and tongue. Feel the center steady like a cauldron holding the flame, rooted in the lower dantian (Hara / Pilates powerhouse).

✨ What’s new this week:

- Heart & Small Intestine meridian work along inner and outer arm lines
- Yin heart openers: Melting Heart, Gomukhasana arms
- Self-massage and tapping for upper body meridians
- Healing Sound for the Heart

🧘 Join me and this week to honor the Fire element — warming the heart, freeing the shoulders, and choosing joy with clear presence.

What if the way you move could help you think differently?

Your body already knows the stories your mind keeps telling — the tension when you push too hard, the collapse when you give up, the holding back when you doubt yourself.

In this workshop, you’ll explore 8 yoga poses that mirror 8 common thinking patterns (like all-or-nothing thinking, mind reading, or harsh “shoulds”). Through mindful movement and simple CBT tools, you’ll learn to notice these patterns — and gently shift them.

You’ll leave with:
✨ Clarity on the thoughts that quietly shape your days
✨ Practical ways to respond to yourself with more kindness
✨ A yoga practice that feels deeper, more meaningful, more yours

🌖 Week 43: Soft Power, Clear Mind — From Yi (Intention) to Qi (Energy)

Building on Earth element work, this week we refine how intention (意, Yi) organizes breath and movement so Qi can flow with less effort. We’ll still nourish Spleen–Stomach for clarity and steadiness, and add TCM: hand‑Qi sensing, meridian tapping, and Hara (Dantian) anchoring.

⭐ Benefits: Less rumination. Smoother digestion. More grounded confidence. Subtle strength without strain.

🟡 Practice tips: Practice 1–1.5h after meals. Warm water before class. Nasal breathing. Keep the center soft yet awake.

✨ What’s new this week:

- Yi → Qi drills to show how focus changes stability instantly
- Meridian massage along Spleen (inner leg) and Stomach (front/outer thigh)
- 6 Healing Sounds emphasis for the Stomach area in closing

🧘 Join me and this week to honor the Earth element — grounding, centering, and trusting yourself.

🌕 Week 42: Trust in Balance — Earth Element (Spleen & Stomach)

This week we continue with the Earth element in TCM — grounding, nourishment, and steady trust. We work along the Spleen and Stomach meridians to support digestion, stabilize the center, and settle the mind.

When the middle is calm, cravings soften, thoughts untangle, and worry eases. Strengthen and soften through your core and side belly, blending Yin and Yang to find balance from within.

⭐ Benefit highlights: Less sugar cravings. Less overthinking. Less worry. More trust.

🟡 Earth element tip: Add yellow‑colored foods to your meals — think millet, corn, ginger, yellow peppers, and golden squash — to support the Spleen–Stomach system.

✨ What to expect:

- Core‑centered flows to strengthen your foundation
- Yin stretches along Stomach (front/outer thigh) and Spleen (inner thigh) lines
- Gentle side‑belly massage to stimulate gut–mind balance
- Light inversions (Headstand preps, Crow options, or Rabbit) to rediscover trust and ease

🧘 Join me and this week to honor the Earth element — grounding, centering, and trusting yourself.

🌕 Week 41: Trust in Balance – Grounded in the Earth Element

As we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival this week, we move into the energy of the Earth element in Traditional Chinese Medicine — a season of grounding, nourishment, and trust.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Earth element connects to the Stomach & Spleen Meridians, our energetic center that supports digestion, balance, and stability — both physically and emotionally. When we strengthen and soften through this center, we find a deeper sense of trust within ourselves.

This week, we’ll explore core activation and side belly release along the Stomach & Spleen lines, blending Yin and Yang to cultivate stability and ease. Our inversion practice (Headstand, Crow, or Rabbit Pose) reminds us that true balance begins at the center — not the surface.

✨ Here’s what to expect:
- Core-centered flows to strengthen your foundation
Yin stretches to balance the Earth element and calm the mind
- Gentle side belly massage to stimulate the Stomach & Spleen Meridians
- Upside-down moments to rediscover trust, lightness, and inner balance

🧘‍♂️ Join me and this week to honor the Earth element — grounding, centering, and trusting yourself beneath the full moon. 🌕

Week 40: Trust in Balance

In previous month, September, we worked on courage — opening the heart, building core strength, and rising into inversions. This month Octorber, we continue the journey with a new theme: Trust in Balance.

Balance isn’t just about standing still — it’s about trusting your strength in moments of daily challenges, upside down or right side up. Through strong core foundations and steady inversion practice (Headstand, Crow, or Rabbit Pose), you’ll discover how stability allows you to move with confidence and ease.

To complement the fire of inversions, we’ll soften into Yin poses targeting the Liver & Gallbladder Meridians, which support balance, clarity, and letting go of inner tension.

What to expect:
- Core stability to strengthen your balance from the inside out
- Inversion practice to trust yourself in new perspectives
- Yin yoga stretches (hips & side body) to harmonize the Liver & Gallbladder Meridians for balance and clarity

🧘‍♂️ Join me and this week as we step into October with strength, trust, and balance — on and off the mat.

Week 39: Rise with Courage – Begin Again, Shine Brighter

Courage isn’t always about pushing harder — sometimes it’s about showing up with fresh energy and starting again. After providing a 10-day course: From Stress To Strength in Greece, I choose to return to the mat with fresh energy, trust and lightness.

This week, we’ll keep building courage through Headstand (Sirsasana) and its alternatives (Crow or Rabbit Pose). With a strong core as your foundation, you’ll rise into new perspectives — curious, and refreshed.

Alongside inversions, we’ll weave in heart-opening flows and Yin stretches that clear the chest and lungs, inviting in sunshine, clarity, and renewal.

✨ Here’s what to expect:

- Strong core power to support courage and stability
- Fresh breath & heart opening with Heart + Lung Meridian Yin poses
- Upside-down perspectives (Headstand, Crow, or Rabbit) to rediscover your inner light

🧘‍♂️ Join me and this week to rise with courage, shine brighter, and embrace your own new beginning.

See you all from Thursday in the NL. Greetings from Raches, Greece

Week 37: Rise with Courage – Alternative Paths, Same Strength

Not everyone needs to balance on their head to rise with courage. This week, we explore both Crow or Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana) as powerful alternatives. Both invite you to face the unknown, build inner stability, and trust yourself — even when upside down.

Alongside inversions, we’ll open the heart with deep stretches that target the Heart & Lung Meridians in Yin Yoga. These channels of energy support emotional balance: releasing heaviness in the chest and welcoming clarity, lightness, and courage.

Here’s what to expect:

- Strong core foundations to stabilize body & mind
- Heart & Lung Meridians in Yin Yoga to release tension and expand breath
- Upside-down moments — whether in Headstand or Crow or Rabbit Pose — to build courage from within

🧘 Join me this week and to practice strength, openness, and courage — in a way that feels right for your body.
