Our bodies remember what the mind has forgotten.
Before the rules,
before the shame,
before the world told women to be small
and to hold ourselves tight.
We were cut off from our very might;
our water nature.
We flow.
We move.
We ripple.
We glow.
And along the way, many of us learned
to become careful.
Full of care.
Contained.
Polite.
What if we cared less?
What if, instead of slowly drying out,
we simply returned to our nature?
Because the feminine was never meant to live like that.
She is depth.
She is tide.
She is moon.
And when a woman remembers her current,
something ancient returns to the room.
Midlife doesn’t make us less woman.
It reminds us.
It gives us back our waters.
It reveals the ocean within us.
And from the darkness of those depths,
something begins to rise.
Something that wants to blossom.
And honestly…
that’s when things really start to flow.
Are you ready to grow?
