Remember my name!

I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Irene Cara. She was such an inspiration to me growing up, watching the movie Fame endlessly on repeat and thinking she was just the coolest, sweetest and most talented beauty! I fell in love with the song “Out Here On My Own” from that movie and when it came to choosing songs for my first record at 8 yrs old I fought to be able to record that song! Luckily I did because it changed my life forever. Thank you Irene Cara for inspiring me and so many little girls back then.

Nureyev and his ongoing beauty after life 💜

This is the tomb of Rudolf Nureyev, regarded as the greatest male ballet dancer of his generation.

Nureyev's grave, at the Russian cemetery in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois near Paris, features a tomb designed to look like a carpet, but it's made entirely of bronze and glass.
