Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural treatment consisting in a series of exercises designed to reactivate hormone production. HYT is therapeutic and based on physiology. It’s a holistic treatment that brings vitality and health by eliminating symptoms of low hormones. The series is dynamic and it leads to quick results with a regular practice. HYT is a wonderful way to work with hormonal imbalances as it helps to increase energy, bring back joy and restore health. HYT was specifically designed by Dinah Rodrigues for women with complaints caused by hormonal imbalances. It contains special exercises to reactivate the production and harmonization of hormones. Even if you don’t have any symptoms it’s very beneficial and works preventively. You stay young and healthy longer. There is a series specific for women and for people with (or predisposition to) diabetes. Furthermore, Hormone Yoga Therapy boosts your overall health, increases your body's flexibility, joint mobility, strengthens the lungs, detoxifies the body, increases metabolism, improves body shape and skin condition, improves immunity and helps rejuvenate the body and mind.

I would like to share the inspiring journey of one of the women who recently joined my hormone yoga course. To protect her privacy, I won’t mention her name, but her experience is a powerful example of how natural practices can truly transform lives.

Faced with years of hormonal imbalance and the daily challenges of PCOS, she bravely committed herself to regular hormone yoga exercises.

Her story, shared with her permission, illustrates what’s possible when we give ourselves gentle support and believe in our body’s power to heal.

“Just a few months ago, I felt lost in the struggle with hormonal imbalance. Living with PCOS wasn’t easy – my cycles were irregular, my energy was low, and I often felt anxious about my health. I tried diets, supplements, and endless online tips, but nothing seemed to truly make a difference.
That all changed when I discovered hormone yoga therapy. The exercises were easy to follow, and I could practice comfortably at home. After only two months of regular practice, I started to notice real changes: My cycles became more regular and predictable. I felt more energetic, both physically and emotionally. What should you do when your yoga teacher tells you to repeat a SANKALPA?

What is it? Some call it a heart wish or an affirmation.

Sankalpa is more than just ⬆️ - it’s a heartfelt intention that guides your yoga practice and your life.

Unlike typical goals that focus on what you lack, a sankalpa is a positive statement rooted in your deepest truth and highest self.

It’s about recognizing that you already have everything you need within you to grow, heal, and thrive.

You can use a simple sentence- I am okay. I am fine. I am loved. Or I am enough, I am peaceful.

Repeat it at the start of your practice, or whenever you need to reconnect with your purpose.

Start your day with these words. When you wake up and before you start moving, when your consciousness is in a transitional stage (hypnagogic state), it is a very powerful moment to reprogram your mind.
