Whereas I'm mostly vegan I eat free range organic Meat once or Twice a week. Today's menu is deer with Okra, Goat Cheese, Sea Greens, sopropo: bittermelon which is Full of anti-oxidants and Works against the bad cells in the body. Food is Thy Medicine to begin with!! If other action is required you can do an epigenetics profile by making a DNA test which will sum up your predispositions and which genes you could support with certain supplementation so you make the best out of your own genes.

I'll be making you essential oil blends on the spot on the Sunday Christmas market at wild sage. The first edition is on the 13th of november Sunday between two and 7. Come and enjoy this grade shop where you can shop if you just bring a can can or you can buy it again and keep reusing it this way its very sustainable. They have great food and products and a nice little market on Sundays.
