The beautiful thing is that we can still explore and grow so many parts of it on our mats and then carry those aspects with us beyond it.

So next time you step onto your mat, try focusing on a couple of Yamas and Niyamas you’d like to cultivate more in your life and simply notice how your asana practice begins to shape itself around them.
