1. Conscious Breathing – Take a slow inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat 5 times. It instantly signals your body to relax. 🌬️

2. Mini Energy Reset – Place your hands on your heart, close your eyes, and visualize stress leaving your body as a grey cloud dissolving into light. 🫶

3. Gentle Movement – Roll your shoulders, stretch your neck, or do a short yoga flow. Physical movement helps release tension stuck in your body. 🧘

Our Story

Balance & Flow Remedial Massage Studio has come into existence from a passion for massage that grew from experiencing myself the incredible benefits massage has to offer. Massage has so many benefits including decreasing pain, preventing injuries, promoting recovery from injuries, helping correct posture, increasing flexibility and so many more.

As an individual who enjoys moving my body by dancing, yoga, running, working out and being active in general, I have personally seen the effects of regular massage on my flexibility, posture, range of motion and reduced soreness after any form of physical activity.

I am now a firm believer in including regular massage as part of my health and wellness routine as well as to treat imbalances within the body and am looking forward to helping you reach your goals by providing you with a treatment plan that fulfills your individual needs.
