After this weekend we say goodbye to our Westerpark location. It’s been an eventful year with many courses and trainings.

Slowly all we are finding our new way at Oud-West studio again. But…as of 15 December all classes and activities are back at our BASI home at Korte Schimmelstraat 18.

Welcome Lizzie to our teaching team!

Lizzie moved to the Netherlands from her home country United States in 2023. With a movement background in endurance sports (cross country skiing and running), Lizzie has always had a deep appreciation for movement. She was drawn to Pilates as she loves discovering new connections within her body, marrying breath to movement and the positive effect Pilates has had on her life — it has helped her building strength, recovering injuries, and having a more grounded mindset.

Lizzie is passionate about helping others to find joy in movement and feel strong and supported within their bodies not only during their practice, but also in everyday life.
She completed the BASI Pilates Mat Teacher Training in 2023 and continued with the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2024.

You can catch Lizzie every Wednesday 17:00 Beginner to Intermediate Reformer class and 18:15 Intermediate Mat class at our Oud-West studio.
