This time of year carries a quiet invitation to reconnect with our bodies, our needs, and the people who feel like home.

It’s also a moment to gently release what no longer serves us. Habits, patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck in tension. Letting go can be a form of love, toward ourselves and toward the people around us. When we care for ourselves well, we show up more fully for our community.

Consistency in your care supports your nervous system as it adapts, restores and grows. Small, loving actions repeated over time create the conditions for lasting change.

One of the simplest, most powerful things you can do for your health is walking every single day.
The goal: at least 10,000 steps a day (if your body allows).

From a chiropractic perspective, walking supports your brain, spine, and healing capacity. It helps improve mobility, reduce inflammation, integrate your adjustments, and gently shifts your body into rest-and-digest. Bonus points if you walk outside and without distractions 🌿

Our space in Amsterdam West is one of the leading chiropractic practices in the city. Located on the Overtoom, the practice has been providing chiropractic to Amsterdam and surrounds since the year 2000. The Solar Chiropractic team was born in 2015, and we have been happily serving the community ever since.
