🌿 I was unraveled — and I said yes to it. 🌿
A little while ago, I stepped into a deep shamanic personal growth container (ISTA) that shook me to my core.
It unraveled me completely.
Not just once — but again and again.
It shattered me into countless pieces and asked me to meet myself in all the places I didn’t know even existed.
Was it comfortable? No.
Was it terrifying? Yes — deeply.
Was it necessary? Without a doubt.
Am I grateful? Beyond what words can hold. 🙏
The destruction phase isn’t over.
As within, so without — I can feel the tremors ripple through my outer world.
My relationships are shifting.
My focus is evolving.
Even my daily rhythm is flowing in a new way.
And yet… amidst the chaos, a profound aliveness has returned.
I feel vibrant. Connected. Passionate about life in a way that feels incredibly familiar and completely new all at once. ❤️🔥
I feel re-connected; with myself, with the divine, and with the great mystery that pulses beneath everything.
My trust in life has multiplied, and with it, my surrender has deepened.
Yes.
Yes to the pain, the grief, the cracking open.
Yes to the ecstasy, joy, life-force, intimacy, and magic.
🌀 And one truth remained crystal clear throughout it all:
I am deeply in love with — and devoted to — my work.
This path of reconnecting people with themselves and the divine.
Whether it’s through psychodynamic therapy, psychedelic journeys, or the sacred fusion of both — this is the work that moves my soul.
And because I have gone deeper, the work I offer has also deepened.
I feel tender. I feel blessed.
And I feel ready to walk beside others — perhaps you — who are ready to say yes to their own becoming.
