✨ I’m back ✨
After a 6-month mandatory break - no work, no distractions, just me and my health - I’m slowly finding my way again.

Being sick was not easy. It was lonely, confronting, and uncertain. At times, it felt like what they call the “dark night of the soul” – a deep collapse of meaning, where everything feels heavy and unclear. But through this, I also learned. I met myself on a deeper level, grew stronger, and finally got the diagnosis I’ve been searching for for so long. Yes, it’s tough to live with an autoimmune illness, but I’m grateful for the clarity.

Now, I feel ready for a new chapter. Slowly returning to my work, creating again, and opening up space for beauty, healing, and connection.

✨ Happy Skinsideout Beyond Wellness Turns 10 ✨ 5-5-2025

Today marks 10 years of Happy Skinsideout — a decade of skin, soul, and so much more. I had dreamed of celebrating this milestone in a special way, but life had other plans.

Unfortunately, over the past few weeks, I’ve been facing one of the toughest chapters of my life. After 12 days in the hospital, I was diagnosed with NMO (Neuromyelitis Optica). It’s been a lot to process — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’ve been stunned, stiff, and deeply challenged, needing to stop everything and focus fully on my health and healing.

The celebration will have to wait a little longer. But today, as I slowly start feeling a bit stronger, I wanted to pause and share this important moment with all of you.

Skinsideout has been an incredible journey — one of growth, learning, and connection. I am beyond grateful for every client, friend, and supporter who’s been part of this ride.

As I look ahead, both as a person and a business owner, I know things will be different. I’ll approach my work and life with even more care, intention, and gratitude. And I’m excited for what the next 10 years will bring.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this story. Here’s to healing, growth, and the beauty of skin and soul — inside and out ❤️

In the midst of the constant hum of the city, I realized I was slowly losing myself. Anxiety had taken root, and every day felt heavier than the last. I knew I needed a change—a pause from the noise and pressure. So, I stepped away and found myself in nature. I was exhausted!! not only just in body but also in spirit.
