The Movement of God has the aim to help people in the process of Being. You become who you are, and which you are not yet. God-aya Yoga is a stretch and relax class, where we do Yoga very easily and slower than normal. This is because the Yoga brings to people to their bodies and helps people to feel the body from the inside out. A sitting part and a standing part. With the sitting part, we concentrate on the pelvic floor. We sink in and let ourselves be carried by the flow. When we can sink into the pelvis. we will find a new receptive stability or balance. Despite we are sinking deep into the pelvis, we also tend to stretch our back up straight. We straighten the spinal cord and feel that it energetically clicks into the middle of our pelvic floor. After the sitting part we will go towards the standing part. the sitting part has made us calmed down and more open, so that the standing part will go much easier. God-aya Yoga is also bases in conscious breathing, pranayama. We do the breathing exercise through all postures. They carry the postures and given them so much more volume. Pranayama literally means: Breath control/mind control. The breathing makes us leaving the mind and find a true alignment. We breathe in two levels: The Physical level, were the breathing starts and ends in the pelvis. And the Pranic level, where we have the Sushumna nadi, which is an energy tube along the spinal cord. When we sit up straight the energy flows on an inhale from the pelvis to the top of the head, crown chakra, and as we exhale from the head to the pelvic floor, cleansing and revitalizing our vital energy.
