FysioBit Welcome to FysioBit! This page is meant to provide you Physiotherapy and health information.

My name is Bita Lotfaliei and since 1 April I am working as a physiotherapist in Basic-Fit Amsterdam. I am a general physiotherapist and have experience diagnosing, treating and calibrating exercise regiments to my patient's unique acute or chronic conditions. Along with my physiotherapy degree at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam I have also completed a Master's of Science in Human Movement Sciences from the Vrije University Amsterdam as well as a Bachelor's in Physical Education and Sport Sciences. My passion for physical therapy stems from an interest in the human body in its complex and efficient motions. In my opinion it is important to find a balance between what you ask of your body and what your body can handle. My therapy sessions are a combination of Manual techniques such as Dry Needling, Taping, Muligan Concept, Massage as well as dynamic techniques such as exercise therapy. I speak four different languages: English, Turkish, Persian and Dutch
