Hello dear community, As many of you know, I will be getting a BRAND NEW HIP tomorrow! Which is such a welcome event, there has been increasing pain since a bike accident three years ago. As we move into the darker months, it's great to have another opportunity to practice online. Starting NEXT WEEK, 10 September, join me every Wednesday at 16.30 for a 75-minute class to ease us gently into the evening. Saturdays 10.30 (cancelled just this week on 21/9)Tuesdays 18.30Mondays (online) 9.00 All classes are taught in the beautiful Sivananda tradition, with postures, breathing exercises, mantras, and deep relaxation in every class for a deep, thorough recharge on all levels....
