Learning how to physically execute the correct form and mentally tune into the target muscle is key.
This requires focus and practice, but over time you will start to recognise and become familiar with the signals your body gives you in response.
But true progress does not come from form and focus alone.
True progress comes from time under tension and effort.
True progress is the reward you achieve by pushing yourself.
By challenging your body, you will learn how to become comfortable being uncomfortable.
The shake and the burn? Make it your friend. Stay with it. Say hi to it. Have a conversation with it. Learn from it.

Our instructors are there to guide you.
Our sequences are there to challenge you.
Our playlists are there to drive you.
But only you can feel, control and push your own body.
In that sense, you are responsible for the effectiveness of your own workout.
It might be helpful to ask yourself when was the last time you truly pushed yourself.
On some days this may feel or look different than others, and that’s okay.
We will help you along the way, but at the end of the day it’s up to you to show up and work hard.
