Hear from Prof. Eric Eichenwald at INAC 2026

Advancing neonatal care requires continuous evaluation of the evidence that shapes our daily NICU practice.

At INAC 2026, Prof. Eric Eichenwald will join an international faculty of leading neonatologists to explore critical questions in newborn care—translating research into real-world clinical decision-making.

Join the global neonatal community as we focus on evidence-based care, early interventions, and long-term outcomes for preterm infants.

World Health Day 2026 | Every Newborn Matters

Each year, an estimated 2.3 million newborns die globally within their first month of life, according to the World Health Organization. The majority of these deaths are preventable with timely, evidence-based interventions.

From respiratory support at birth to infection prevention, nutrition, and neuroprotection—early decisions in the NICU shape lifelong outcomes.

At INAC 2026, we bring together the global neonatal community to address exactly this: how to translate evidence into practice and improve survival and long-term health for newborns worldwide.

Neonatal care is never delivered by one person alone.

It is a team effort—neonatologists, NICU nurses, respiratory therapists, researchers, and trainees working together to improve outcomes for the most vulnerable patients.

INAC 2026 invites hospitals, NICUs, universities, and training programs to attend as teams.

When colleagues learn together, they return with shared knowledge, aligned protocols, and a stronger foundation for improving neonatal care.

Group registration opportunities are available for institutions wishing to send multiple delegates.

The 11th Internationa Neonatology Association Conference (INAC) 2026 Pre-Congress Workshops provide focused, case-based learning on neonatal brain monitoring and imaging.

Taking place on 19 November 2026, these expert-led sessions include:

• aEEG – practical interpretation and application in neonatal neuro-monitoring
• Neuroimaging for preterm infants guided by cases (Kidokoro et al.)
• Neuroimaging for term infants guided by cases (Week-plus scoring, adapted scoring)

Designed for clinicians working directly in the NICU, these small-group workshops translate neurophysiology and imaging evidence into practical bedside decision-making.

Seats are limited.
Separate registration and payment are required for workshop participation.
