Today in our slow Sunday, inspired by the , de mooie activiteiten and the free coloring pages by we read Rinus -translated to Spanish by MamΓ‘-, Mama took a joyful moment to color Rinus and our son made him a train tunnel (that he calls 'brug'=bridge).

is also a firm of .. it doesn't matter how long or short it might be, as long as you stay there, consciously capturing the moment of observation/self expression. Freeing yourself from any form of judgement could make this experience better and add a loving feeling to your experience.

Drawing could be a very valuable tool to break your .. With this I want to deliver the message that It's perfectly fine to do something just because, for the fun of it, just because it makes you happy.

Self Care suggestion today:
Do something that you love doing for at least 30 minutes, without distractions & enjoy the moment. Wish you the best. πŸ’š

Within the chaotic daily lives we experience nowadays, learning to create moments to pause, breathe, reflect, and finding inner peace becomes more meaningful than ever. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to help us navigate challenges, improve our well-being, and enhance our overall quality of life.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this training is tailored to support you on your journey and I'm more than happy to join you on this transformative process starting on August 15.

This program is crafted with love and care, aimed at helping you:

Life is full of contradictions that somehow help us to keep balance. But most of all, lead us to embrace gratitude.

I'm happy I still have the chance to experience the world through the living eyes of our baby: Last Sunday was his first Easter egg hunt, together with the kids from our life chosen family. Of course the bigger children collected rapidly as much eggs as possible .. meanwhile ours was just immensely happy of finding one -the first one- and sitting excited eating it meanwhile observing a bunny figure he also found on the way to the bench.. Later on discovering it was also chocolate and wondering about this inventive creation.

It was a difficult week for us as a family, but we gave ourselves the gift of time, feeling and compassion. We have ourselves space to be happy and enjoy the here and now for what it is.

At the end of the day is true chocolate gives you rolls.. But also happiness. Choose happiness
