Thank you Yoganida ❤ for posting this review, giving me the boost of energy to keep on going, in the moments like now, when lacking the opportunity to share in person, when not allowed to gather and practice together, when facing over and over obstacles and insecurities.
But we will get through that all, together ❤❤❤ Missing you!

"A bit slow paced but the teacher was brilliant"
Leah, vinyasa flow
This is probably the first 4* review we publish yet we felt that 4/5 was definitely something to be proud of and that Magda, who taught the class Leah attended, surely deserved her round of applause! :) Also, Leah somehow brings up a very interesting point on which we'd like to elaborate a bit.
Funnily enough, many yogis (or people in general) seem to believe that "slow" means "easy" whereas slow can also be very intense, actually! For instance, have you ever tried going down from high plank to the ground on a count to 10? Or done your sun salutations in a slow-motion mode? Well... Give it a try and let us know if you found that easy... Spoiler alert: you might be surprised! 😂
Magda has been part of the Yoganida crew for a very long time and we're truly blessed to have her on board! :) Unless the studio is closed because of lockdown, you'll get to practice a whole range of styles with her, i.e. anything ranging from morning flow, to yin yang, vinyasa flow, core flow, or even yin yoga ;)
Yoga became Magda's path when she tried to incorporate meditation into her daily life, which turned out to be very challenging. Meditation in movement was much more appealing to her, and from that moment of realization, everything became clearer to her. Magda is also interested in Ayurveda and is a true nature-lover.
Magda believes yoga is for everybody, that all we need is to keep showing up to find out what our healing practice is, and she'd be delighted to help you find yours. She wants her classes to be a mindful experience of one's own body, and invites her students to accept what is, recognize & respond to the signals of their body & mind, build a loving relationship with themselves, and, of course, cultivate the joy!
