Handfile negociation 006-008-010 the went to VS Flexi Gold 3% up to size 20.

NaOCl irrigation/ Single guttapercha filling with BC sealer.

Localized symptomatic AP tooth 27.

MB root curved apically last 3 mm.

Crown placed few months ago.

Very limited mouth opening -15 mm

Rotary shaping of all 4 canals - up to VS FlexiGold 20/.03

Difficulties finding a proper conefit P root. 3 adjustments necessary. Single cone GP and BC sealer.

Access filled with composite.

Single visit endo as usually

Very limited mouth opening and B tilted wisdom tooth (28) with large apical findings.

Dg: localized symptomatic AP.

Strategic tooth as abutment for a partial denture.

Sharp coronal curve DB root and calcified canals. Access cavity typology as for a 2 canaled tooth.

Some ultrasonics to reveal up the portals of entries in all 4 canals. Handfiling for DB and MB1 006-008-010. Then rotaries VS Flexi Gold up to 20/.03.

NaOCl and EDTA irrigation. Single cone GP with BC sealer. Composite build up.

Recommended a crown here.

Single visit nightmare case :-)

Deep decay save of the day - D and M cavities on 46.

Necrotic tooth.

Shaped up to VS FlexiGliders 20/.03 with NaOCl irrigation.

Single cone GP and BC sealer.

2 gingivectomies and deep composite fillings.

Don’t stop ;-)

Painful AP of #21 with non visible lesion on periapical Xray.

CBCT analysis showed presence of an apical finding plus a possible lateral canal to the B of the root.

As small as possible cavity access - Shaped up to VS Flexi Gold 3% MAF 025.

Irrigation with NaOCl and EDTA.

Single cone GP and BC sealer filling - unfortunately with sealer extrusion. Still - able to see that lateral canal on the B side of the root filled with some sealer.

Retreatment recall 2 years.

Deep decay M and AP on all 3 roots.

GP removed with rotaries, NaOCl and EDTA.

Warm vertical compactiom of Gp and BC Sealer.

Gingivectomy, sandwich filling M with glassionomer and composite.

Single visit retreatment.

2 years recall of a treatment of 15 with localized apical
periodontitis with sinus tract.

What on the normal periapical radiograph seemed a “simple” 15 with one canal - showed on the preop CBCt as a deep split midroot, with a large periapical lesion on the lateral side of the root.

Shaped with VS Flexi Gold 3% up to 020 MAF. Syringe irrigation NaOCl and EDTA. Guttapercha and BC Sealer.

Single visit endo.

Sinus tract gone and nice healing of the lateral lesion.

SIP of #46 with subgingival decay.

Gingivectomy, D Build Up, Truss Access.

Pretty calcified M canals - needed to secure manual glidepath 006-008-010.

Then VS Flexi Gold 3% 014-017-020 in all 4 canals.

NaOCl and EDTA at the end. Single cone GP and BC sealer.

Composite build up.

Deep subgingival D decay in 16 - with long curved MB&DB roots.

Gingivectomy/caries removal/Pre Endodontic Build up D

Truss access B and P.

Shaped handfiles 006-008-010 then VS Flexi Gold 014-017-020 3%.

Very thin MB2 joing MB1 middle way.

NaOCl and EDTA. Guttapercha & Bioceramic Sealer.

Composite build up.

Single visit endo.

ECIR du jour - P root with SIP.

Internal repair approach with resorption removal, gingivectomy, glassionomer repair of the defect.

A difficult search with US for MB2.

Single visit - up to MAF 20 on the buccals (sharp curve DB) and 025 P. VS FlexiGold 3% and Guttapercha single cone and BC sealer.

Composite build up.

Asymptomatic AP du jour.

One visit endodontics with VS FlexiGold 3% and NaOCl. Guttapercha Single Cone + BC Sealer.

Acest curs se adreseaza medicilor dentisti generalisti si specialisti care doresc sa isi insuseasca practica endodontica corecta la nivel actual.

Pe parcursul a doua zile, se vor insusi cunostiintele teoretice necesare unui eficient diagnostic endodontic, realizarii cavitatilor de acces pentru toate grupele de dinti, prepararii canalelor radiculare si obturatiei acestora.

Toate manoperele clinice vor fi executate sub microscop operator. Prepararea canalelor se va realiza manual si rotativ. Obturarea canalelor se va realiza prin tehnica monocon si tehnica compactarii verticale la cald a gutapercii.

Toate materialele si instrumentele vor fi puse la dispozitie prin intermediul RCC ENDODONTICS.

Pachetul de literatura de specialitate se transmite in avans pentru lectura
Toate manoperele vor fi realizate sub marire si iluminare folosind microscoape operatoare dentare Zumax
Mesele de pranz si pauzele de cafea sunt incluse
