Since itโ€™s wintertime and the cold is settling in โ„๏ธ, itโ€™s a good idea to start the session with something warm.
I make a homemade tonic ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿซš with ginger, turmeric, lemon, black pepper, and a few other ingredients to help your body relax before we begin.

Because the massage table is leather, it can feel cold in the winter โ€” even when the room is warm.
So I use a heated blanket ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿงฃ to warm the table and keep everything cozy and comfortable from the moment you lie down.
