I sat with her... she asked me to hold space,
so I did...
I and I.. sharing in the depths of fear, grief, and the joy and excitement for life right now.

As I sat there in presence, I could hear my own psyche wanting to express all of this in a vulnerable and authentic share.

I sat there, listening with an open heart.
Without judgement, my heart swealling, feeling my own depth. I know my own faith, fears, grief, joy, and exciment have all a place to be received and transformed.

I choose to meet it with love and compassion at every single moment.

Knowing that this too shall pass.

Who disrespects the mother... disrespects all creation. This is for all women:Are you ready to fully feel, transform, and alchemize all of what you experience? especially pain, grief, and discomfort?

The only way is in...into our wombs, expressing out of our bodies into creation and birthing new better worlds. This is how we fully heal and stand in our power to balance life once again. And it is happening. Our evolution, the new earth, is here. There is nothing .. stopping this.

Self regulation in a noisy world comes with sitting with what is, practising gratitude and moving it all through the body.

Playing the handpan is one of the ways I trust in my creative process and allow for more creativity to flow and even come back stronger for decision making. This is not about perfection. Just the pleasure of playing it.😏💫

Reflecting on my experience being of service this year and how i have had such an expansive, transformative year, holding space and presence in group containers as 1-1 and group ceremonies.

It has expanded my heart, taught me so much, revealing more gold waiting to be shared.🥰✨️

I am grateful, for having dearest friends and mentors supporting me along my path, for opening their doors for me to serve too, thank you! I am enjoying sharing my gifts and it is such honor to embody presence, insights and integration with you.❤️‍🔥
