Little break from clients today but on admin all day so starting with a strong breakfast! My husband has booked me in for a massage for MYSELF today so I’ll let you all know how that goes 🫣😬

Practiced what I preach this weekend & challenged myself & my body with a Hyrox in Amsterdam!

Myself, sisters & cousin all completed a relay! We didn’t quite get the time we wanted & it was a steep learning curve for us all given it was our first official hyrox! Dry mouths & HR’s through the roof (check out my BBJ HR 🤣☠️) but we left it all out there!

What’s next?! 👀
