On the 26th of November we are cooking a delicious brunch for Gaza! 🍉🍉🍉

All proceeds go to small organizations with feet on the ground in Gaza like Stichting Kifaia ( who support Palestinian Medical Relief Society ) World Central Kitchen and direct aid via local contacts in Gaza.

Culinary Roots presents: 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐢 𝐖𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐫

T**i Waber is chef en geboren en getogen in Indonesië, in de stad Surabaya. In Nederland verwarren we de Indische en Indonesische keuken nog wel eens met elkaar. In T**i’s nieuw te openen restaurant Waber in november is er geen twijfel mogelijk, er staat Indonesisch eten op de kaart.

Als geen ander kan zij uitleg geven over de kooktechnieken, het smaakpalet en de culinaire geschiedenis van de Indonesische keuken. Tijdens Culinary Roots ontsluiert ze de geheimen van een goede bumbu, de basis van vele Indonesische gerechten.
