🎓✨ Congratulations to the Yagoy Vinyasa TT Class of 2025 ✨🎓

Ten months of practice, study, reflection, and showing up for one another… and somehow it still feels like it all went by in a breath.

This year’s group was endlessly curious, philosophical, thoughtful, and unafraid to ask the kind of questions that opened new doors for all of us. Truly, we learned as much from them as they did from us.

And the laughter. So much laughter! Tears, insight, breakthroughs, and more funny moments than we can count.

Gretchen and I feel deeply grateful to have walked this path with them. Watching them grow into confident, compassionate teachers has been a joy and an honor.

Here’s to their next chapter:
to courageous teaching, continuous learning, and carrying this practice forward with integrity, humor, and an open heart. 💛✨

Meet Sophie — watering our plants, welcoming our students, and keeping the studio feeling like home. 🌿

Our Karma Hosts keep our community thriving. In exchange for one 3-hour shift each week, they receive a free Always Yagoy Unlimited subscription — and become an essential part of the heartbeat of our studios.

Just like water finds its way around rocks... 💧

When we meet resistance, in a pose or in life, our instinct is often to push, to tense, to force a way through.

But water teaches us another way: to soften, to pause, to feel our way forward with patience and creativity.

In yoga philosophy, water is linked to svadhisthana, the sacral chakra. It's the home of fluidity, emotion, and creative power.

It takes ingenuity to find the alternate path; to curve instead of collide, bend and not break, to flow and not flee.

In time, even the mightiest mountain yields to the persistence of water.
