Karunika: The Gathering: Winter Edition is on its way.

A day created by, for, and with the community, where movement, breath, sound, warmth, and connection come together to honor this season of stillness and depth.

Just like nature in winter, we’ll soften the pace, drop beneath the surface, and make space for presence, creativity, and togetherness.
This Gathering is not about doing more, it’s about being, sharing, and remembering that we don’t have to walk this season alone. Workshops, rituals, music & moments of connection. Donation-based & open to all. Held in the spirit of care, reciprocity & community.

🍂✨ What a day to remember!

Our Autumn Gathering was pure magic. A day filled with laughter, music, dance, deep connection, and the warmth of our beautiful community. From heart-opening workshops to the crackling fire at sunset, every moment was a reminder of why we come together: to share, to grow, to celebrate life in all its colors.

Thank you to everyone who joined, danced, offered, cooked, held space, or simply showed up with an open heart. You are the essence of Karunika, this community exists because of you. 🧡

Karunika – The Gathering: Autumn Edition 🍁

Sunday, October 12 | 10:15–19:15

Our beloved community Gathering returns! A full day of Ecstatic Dance, Cacao Ceremony by the fire, workshops, live music, and connection. This time, the fire will be our epicenter — an outdoor space to relax, connect, and co-create throughout the day.

Inside our studios, you’ll find simultaneous workshops in both rooms, plus Studio 38 transformed into a nourishing hub for vegetarian food, cakes, tea, and water. Bring something to share with the community if you like!

If Mer arrived in 2024 as a wave of transformation, Yanna has been the steady current shaping our inner world. As co-owner of Karunika Spiritual Center, she curates our Inner Studio, an open, living space for practice, exploration, and integration.

Here you’ll find a rich spectrum of experiences: breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound baths, Thai massage, and even prenatal yoga. This is a place to move beyond routine, to experiment with different techniques, and to discover the practices that truly resonate with you.

While Mer brought a whirlwind of change and play to Karunika, Yanna holds the grounding energy, creating a sanctuary where you can explore in freedom, deepen your awareness, and integrate your own processes.
