The Active Health Center, founded by Lillith Turk, is now in its fourteenth year of development. Lillith Turk is a qualified nurse, chirophonetic therapist, Rost therapist Bothmer movement teacher and an experienced yoga teacher for more than thirty five years. The centre offers a range of classes both dynamic and relaxing, based on the principles of yoga, stretching and Bothmer movement, and focused on promoting vitality in body, mind and spirit.
