Wanneer bel je de kraamzorg nou eigenlijk?
Een veel gestelde vraag. Tijdens het intake gesprek rond de 32ste week van je zwangerschap zal onze intakeconsulent dit uiteraard ook uitgebreid met je bespreken.
Ga je thuis bevallen? Dan wordt de kraamzorg door de verloskundige gebeld om te assisteren bij de bevalling.
Beval je ergens anders? Dan bel je zodra de baby geboren is om alle bevalgegevens door te geven. Dan kunnen we samen gaan kijken wanneer we de kraamzorg bij jullie thuis gaan opstarten.
Je kunt altijd van te voren een zogenaamde rommelmelding doen op het moment dat de bevalling is begonnen. Wij kunnen hier dan ook in de planning rekening mee gaan houden dat de baby er bijna aankomt. Mocht de bevalling gepland worden door bijvoorbeeld een keizersnede of inleiding horen wij dit ook heel graag van je!

When should you call the maternity care?
A frequently asked question. During the intake interview around the 32nd week of your pregnancy, our intake consultant will naturally discuss this with you in detail.
Are you planning a home birth? In that case, the midwife will call maternity care to assist with the delivery.
Are you giving birth elsewhere? Then you call as soon as the baby is born to provide all the details of the birth. We can then look together at when to start maternity care at your home.
You can always give a “rommelmelding”; a notification in advance once labor has started. We can then take this into account in our planning, indicating that the baby is almost here. If the delivery is planned, for example by a caesarean section or induction, we would also very much like to hear from you in advance!
