1/4 glass chilled Holy G***a 🍹
A dash or three of sparkling water 💦
A slice of your favorite fruit 🍓

H**p h**p hooray! Happy 420! 🍁🎉🪅

420? Yes, the 20th of April, Cannabis Liberation Day! The cannabis plant is a generous gift from Mother Nature to us, with enormous health benefits, both physical and mental. Yes indeed, when we find ourselves in times of trouble Mother Mary Jane comes to us, speaking words of wisdom. She’s a loyal companion, a spiritual experience, she spices up social situations, enhances our mood and soothes our pain. Let alone the variety of amazing products that can be made out of the h**p plant 🙏🏻🪄

Last year we had the privilege to be part of the online 420 Fest organized by Suver Nuver, a foundation established by to connect the growers with the extractors and the patients. Rinus is a true hero in his mission to liberate the plant and stimulate the Dutch government to lift the restrictions 💪🏽👏🏽 We fully support Rinus in his pursuit and wish everybody a happy 420!

Dearest coffee nuts and cherry pies,

Coffee makes the world go round. It helps us like our colleagues more and prevents us from murdering our spouses. Coffee saves our day. Literally and figuratively speaking. But do we know how coffee grows? And how the coffee plant actually looks like, including its different elements? If you didn’t, you’re not alone. We didn’t either, until recently.

Coffee is a small tree with white - extremely fragrant - flowers and small red fruits. The fruit is called “a coffee berry” or lovingly “a coffee cherry”. Like human fruits, also the coffee fruit takes about nine months to ripen and contains two seeds, which are known as “coffee beans”. Both the beans and the fruit are naturally caffeinated. The fruit slightly less than the bean. The peels of the coffee berry - commonly known as ‘cascara’ - are used to brew a unique beverage with floral and fruity notes. We adopted this old tradition from coffee-growing nations - like Bolivia, Colombia, Yemen and Ethiopia - to produce our own refreshing, lightly sparkling, adult drink. Holy G***a delivers a slightly lower caffeine kick than a regular cup of coffee - due to the lower caffeine level of the coffee berry - for a naturally refreshing uplift. Combined with the relaxing C B D it enables you to bless your way into a calmer day.

And by the way, did you know that up until not so long ago the coffee berry was mostly seen as a secondary byproduct of the coffee bean and was not utilized at all for 90%? Today this still means that every year 20 million tons (!) of coffee fruit is wasted, in which we try to make a small difference by producing Holy G***a. Every little bit counts, when it comes to sustainability.

We figured it’s time to give Holy G***a a face. A human face 🤓 And a genesis story, a context if you will. You see, in the beginning there was Edo Paymans 🙋🏻‍♂️The Holy Father and founder of Holy G***a. And Edo had a passion: cannabidiol. Cannabidiol - ‘C B D' for friends - is ‘the superfood of the next generation’ for its ability to improve mood, appetite, sleep and memory and lower stress levels via the human endocannabinoid system ✨⚡️☄️ Many beautiful reasons to go wildly passionate, right? 🔥

Next to a passion Edo also had an intention. For did you know that EVERYTHING in this world starts with an intention? No action without intention. Edo’s intention is to uplift people by providing them vitality, energy and strength 💪🏽💥And through that, support the collective as a whole 👯‍♀️👯👫👭 Out of this intention Holy G***a was born 👨🏻‍🍼A product that we believe is good for the people and the planet 👫💛🌍
