Autumn Self-Care Workshop 🍂

Earlier this month, a lovely group of women gathered to explore self-care and honor the transition into a new season.

It was a gentle, peaceful moment we shared together. Our nervous systems relaxed as we learned the benefits of lymphatic brushing for the face and skin.
