We recognize that no one perspective sees the whole picture, and we look at the human experience through many different lenses and ways of understanding health and wholeness, the nuances of cultural context, and our ways of relating to ourselves, others, and the more-than-human world.

Returning home for the holidays can be a mirror.
Being with family often reflects not only the places we’ve healed, but also the patterns we haven’t.

The 13-month Psychedelic Practitioner Core Training is designed for those ready to work in the field of psychedelic care with a research-backed, wisdom-rich, somatically informed, and heart-centered approach.

The Psychedelic Practitioner Core Training begins on January 19th and offers:

✨ 250+ hours of education across cognitive, sacred, embodied, and relational wisdom lenses.

✨ Weekly lectures & small live study groups (8–10 participants) led by experienced facilitators

✨Experiential learning to foster deep self-exploration, personal and relational growth, along with professional skill development.

Winter has long been a season of stillness.

Across cultures, it is seen as a time for deep rest, reflection, wisdom-sharing, and tapping into the healing potential of calm.

In the natural world, hibernation is essential for life. Snow blankets the soil, insulating microbial life and ensuring fertile ground for spring.

For humans, this seasonal shedding can mean creating space for reflection and re-evaluating priorities, offering a counterbalance to the demands of modern life.

This winter, may you find deep reset and renewal in meditation, restful sleep, and the honor of your own natural rhythms.

If you feel called to pause and deepen your introspection this season, we have opened up a few spaces for our intimate Immersion retreat February 18-22 at New Eden, The Netherlands.

This retreat is designed to allow winter’s silent wisdom to surface, in an intimately held space of up to 10 participants, supported by professional facilitators, ceremonial container building, and restorative practices.

Set at New Eden, nestled in the Dutch countryside , where you can slow down by the crackling fireplace, warm your body in the sauna after a day of reflection, and move gently through guided group ceremonies against the backdrop of nature.
