👉 write what you want
👉 repeat it
👉 stay positive

But when it comes to fertility…

That’s not enough.

The one “fertility medicine” I always come back to?

Movement.

For me, specifically — lifting weights.

Because I’ve lived this.

When I fall out of my routine, I feel it almost immediately:
bloated
heavy
tired
weak
joint pain
low energy
just… off in my body

And every single time I come back to the gym?

Within 2 days I feel like a completely different person.

Less bloat
more energy
clearer mind
stronger body
more connected to myself

That’s not a coincidence.

Your body is meant to move.

And movement isn’t just about fitness —
it’s one of the fastest ways to support your nervous system, your metabolism, your hormones, and your overall state.

And here’s the part most people miss:

👉 fertility doesn’t have to be as complicated as we make it

Yes — there’s a time and place for deeper testing and support.

But most women skip the foundations:
movement
nutrition
nervous system support
how they actually feel in their body every day

And those things matter more than people think.

That’s exactly what I help my clients do.

Not follow a one-size-fits-all plan…
