"As we close another remarkable year, we look back with pride on the impact we achieved together in 2025. Our team brought breakthrough innovations to life, supported clients in realising their ambitions, and expanded our presence across Europe, with continued growth of our teams in Spain and the Nordics.
We strengthened our market position through new initiatives such as our VC Roundtables, Co-funding Club, and the rollout of our financial services offering, allowing us to support clients even more broadly across their innovation journey. Through Catalyze Capital, we also invested in three exciting new companies.
We deepened our position in Europe’s innovation ecosystem through new partnerships with knowledge and innovation hubs and leading medical centres. We are also proud to have been certified as a Great Place to Work®, alongside the launch of our Cultural Compass, which captures who we are and how we work together.
Altogether it’s been a fantastic year at Catalyze, which culminated in being named a 'Top Consulting Firm 2025' in the Netherlands by Consulting.nl, placing us among the top-tier consultancy firms (worldwide)!
