MI - Alchemy and Spirituality I am Manuela and I mentor women during their time of transition, from confusion and fear to clarity Hi there, I am Manuela, the owner of Danaki Holistic.

A place where energy work merges with coaching techniques to help my clients move past blockages to get to the life they want. Through tailored coaching sessions and energy work, I help women navigating their times of transition. What these women have in common is an international background, an enhanced sensitivity, creativity, and the feeling of being stuck in life, because they have followed a path that doesn't resonate with them. This lovely woman was having a few difficult months, between pandemic, feeling isolated, and a painful breakup.
She was feeling tired, a bit sick, stagnant, unmotivated, and unhappy.
Also a bit scared, because she didn't know what energy work was.
Very relatable, isn't it?
Sometimes we believe we have to hold it in, and just be happy.
You know you want to feel joyful and full of energy but, no matter what you try, it still feels forced and not authentic.
It can even become frustrating, why are these things not working?
And why I am not feeling better even if I try hard?
It doesn't have to be like that, really.

Breathing is one of those things we all know how to do and we often forget to pay attention to it.
It's easy, requires little effort and gives great results.
There are many different techniques of breathwork to explore, and here I share one of the easiest exercises I guide my clients into to it.
Why is conscious breathing so important and helpful?
1 - helps with stress: slowing down and deepening your breathing sends to your nervous system a message of relaxation and your body will lower the levels of the stress hormone cortisol
2 - helps lowering blood pressure
3 - increases the level of oxygen in the body
4 - creates a feeling of calm and deeper connection
5 - helps improving focus and quiets the mind
And the list can go, but you get the point.
Let's do it together, shall we?
Find a comfortable position.
I like to place one hand on my chest and one on my belly, following the movements of expansion and contraction.
During the video notice if there is any tension in your shoulders, and use the exhale moment to release it.
You might want to shake it out, or drop the shoulders a little more each breathe, it's all fine.
You can use this video every time you take a little break during the day.
When you feel fear, anxiety, worry, sadness come up.
Before going to bed, in preparation for a deep night of rest.
In the morning, as soon as you wake up. Just feel the day with plenty of oxygen and presence.

Happy New Moon in Pisces

Enjoying the energy?

Pisces is the last sign of the ZOdiac, and this is really time of completion of the 2020 astrological year.

Pisces allows us to revisit our beliefs and lessons around Fate.
And I don't mean the "this is what I am meant to do here", more the "For the Lord's sake, I am soo tired to see this lessons again".

We are at the last stretch of winter, well into a year of pandemic, it feels like our patience has been suddenly cut short.
There is an urge in the air to feel better, to have it easier, to drop thoughts, and just chill and enjoy.

These days people might feel very emotional, some even sick-ish.

When a situation in your life repeats, start taking notice. I promise, if you look back you will see the pattern.

This is how we revisit and learn about our Fate and our karmic lessons.

Which emotions, feelings, situations have been presented to you that you are ready to do differently?

man, that frustrating feeling that switches between feeling overwhelmed and lacking motivation.
You know at least 5 actions that would help you to get where you want to arrive, but it feels like you can't make yourself do them.

Your to-do list keeps getting longer and longer, and some of your bullet points just keep being repeated.

Aaah, so much nervous.

You are doing the doing, but you don't see the results.

One week feels like you are super productive, just to crash the week after and feel a total mess, right?

You feel frustrated and you have already tried different things, read some books searching for a way out, the magic trick that will make you feel satisfied with the results you want.

The solution is quite simple.

When it seems that we are swimming against the tide, often means that we are out of Alignment.

Something in us, in our energy, is not Aligned with the Actions we take.

Probably a limiting belief, an unresolved trauma, a program that is running in the background and that you are not aware of.

Women find my sessions extremely helpful in getting clarity regarding some situations they feel stuck into.
When they leave they feel they understand themselves better, they have more clarity in their next steps and they feel supported because someone has heard, seen, and held them.

In both sessions, I asked the cards what would be good for the group to work on around the energy of Perfectionism that comes with this Moon. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

What was interesting is that I picked the card Knowledge in both readings. And my deck has 352 cards, the message is pretty loud then. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

You know, when we want to be perfect we want to get things right. And we can go to the extent of outsourcing the information in books, gurus, masters, other people, instead of trusting our own voice, our intuition. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Because under the facade, a perfectionist, has their own self-worth issues. If their job is not top of the class, means they are not good enough, they are not worthy. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Perfectionism is great energy to work with. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
If you can tune it down a little bit, you can discover the pleasure of making mistakes. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
The carefree feeling of exploring and learning something new.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
The excitement of challenging yourself. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

My name is Manuela Iddas and I am a holistic therapist based in Amsterdam, here to help you reconnecting and rebalancing within your own soul journey.

My understanding of how the energy of the soul connects with the physical body, can guide you getting in touch with a part of yourself that often is overseen.
