Which oils can I use to support with a better sleep?
Here is a list of oils you can use and some diffuser ideas. The sames mixed that work for the diffuser, also can be used for a bath or to make a mix for under your feet or to make a nice spray to use in the bedroom.
Here is a list of the most commonly used essential oils in the bedroom:
*Lavender* calming and soothing, promotes a peaceful night rest
*Serenity* brings together some of the most calming essential oils, including Lavender, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Vetiver
*Cederwood* is a grounding, woody blend that can also beautifully be combined with floral essential oils
*Vetiver* helps to create a stabilizing, grounded atmosphere
*Bergamot* can help promote a sense of calmness and harmony when used before bedtime (if you know me, you know I love this oil. I love to use it before I go to bed. To poor it all over me where I feel I need it and especially to smell if for a while and really soak in the fruity and fresh aroma right before I fall asleep)
*Melissa* the fresh, herbaceous aroma of Melissa is calming and soothing
*Ylang Ylang* the rich, floral aroma of Ylang Ylang oil has been used extensively in aromatherapy because of its ability to create a soothing, positive, relaxed environment
*Copaiba* is useful for creating a peaceful
environment. It’s also soothing to
the nervous system when taken
internally
*Juniper Berry* the fresh aroma, can produce a calming, grounding experience and contribute to lessen stress
*Peace* this beautiful blend our the emotional line is a mix of Frankincense, Marjoram, Vetiver, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage and Spearmint. It's especially designed to help with feelings of anxiety and fear, promoting a more relaxed and peaceful state of mind. (I also love the smell of this blend)
