'Significant improvements in light sleep stage were observed in the chiropractic group along with enhanced overall quality of life post 4 weeks, including significant reductions in anxiety, depression, fatigue, and pain. Beste Patienten,

Zoals bekend heeft het Corona virus eind februari ook Nederland bereikt. Wij hebben de voorgeschreven maatregelen genomen om verspreiding hiervan zo veel mogelijk te beperken.

De verwachting is dat het virus steeds meer om zich heen zal grijpen en dit maakt dat wij ons thans genoodzaakt zien om onze praktijk te sluiten.

Echter, wij zijn en blijven met uw gezondheid en welzijn begaan en u kunt, indien nodig, uw chiropractor bereiken via de hieronder vermelde email adressen. Voor dringende aangelegenheden kunt u altijd contact opnemen.

Dear all patients,

For the time being, Chiropractie Castricum remains OPEN and will remain open until otherwise instructed to close. We are of course taking all measures possible to ensure your safety while in the practice.

We ask that if you are currently experiencing symptoms, that you please remain a home.

While this is a crazy time for us all, please don’t forget the basic things that keep us healthy. Sunshine, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, good quality fruits and vegetables, exercise (download a ‘home fitness app’) and rest. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water as well.

Let hope we move past this period quickly and everything returns to normal.

Since is beginning in 2001, most of the chiropractors you have seen at chiropractie Castricum have been from Australia. However, we are an international team... This should give you a greater understanding of just how large Australia is when compared to Netherlands and the home countries of a few of our chiropractors... 🤪👍

After 3 long years, it’s finished. My dissertation for my MSc APP (Paediatric Musculoskeletal Health) has been submitted. A big thank you goes out to my patients and colleagues at Chiropractie Castricum and Pure Health Chiropractic for putting up with my absence over the years... 🤜🤛
