I love hamburgers 😋 How about you? Instead of bread I ate it with these kopytka (it's Poolish, mainly potato). It contains a lot of Kcal, so if you want to lose weight, I recommend not eating to much of it. But it tastes great! Because of the high amounts of carbs this is an awesome post workout meal! 💪You should definitely try it! 😉

Ingredients:
Kopytka 200 grams
2 tomatoes 🍅
1 Sweet bell pepper
2 beef hamburgers (bio)

Carbs 83 g
Fat 27 g
Protein 43 g
Kcal 780

Ik houd van hamburgers 😋 Jij ook? In plaats van met een broodje at ik het met kopytka (een Pools product hoofdzakelijk gemaakt van aardappel). Het bevat veel Kcal, dus als je af wilt vallen, raad ik aan er niet te veel van te nemen. Het is overigens wel erg lekker! Vanwege de grote hoeveelheid koolhydraten is dit een perfecte maaltijd voor na je training! 💪 Echt een aanrader, probeer maar eens! 😉

1 puntpaprika
2 runder hamburgers (bio)

Did you know that eggs, besides from protein, also contain a lot of essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and choline 😉

Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs 🥚
2 tomatoes 🍅
Chestnut mushrooms 125 grams 🍄
1/2 avocado 🥑

Binnen 15 minuten heb je deze eenvoudige maaltijd bereid. Iedereen kan het! Als je van keto houdt, dan is deze maaltijd echt iets voor jou!

Ingredients:
1 mango
100 grams of lettuce mix
2 cans of tuna water based (210 grams)
35 ml Olive oil

Macros:
Calories: 645
Carbs: 32,2 gram
Fat: 33,9 gram
Protein: 55,2 gram

Deze salade is extreem makkelijk om te maken, alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin en het kost je nog geen 5 minuten!

Are you feeling confident about (showing) your body?

I know I do. Of course there are some things that I would've liked to be different. Like being 10 cm taller for example, but that's out of my control. Remember, nobody looks perfect and everybody would like to change at least one thing about their physique.

If you're not feeling confident about your body, ask yourself this: "Am I taking good care of my body?"

Are you taking good care of your body?

You should! You only have one!

I see a whole lot of people who take better care of their car then they do of their body... what's up with that 🤔 You have only one body for your entire life which is unreplaceable and a car which you can replace every day.

We all know the feeling of not wanting to fuel our car again. But do you ever skip that? No! And what about that healthy meal, do you skip that? Why? The same goes for bringing your car to the garage and exercising.

Buddhists call their body "the temple of their soul". I can relate to that and think you should thread it that way.

Maybe you think it's time for a change or you already wanted to take better care of your body, but you don't know how. That's okay, it's not always easy. In both cases I can help you:

- live a healthier and longer life
- feel better about your body
- look like the best version of yourself (which will also boost your relationship)
- feel confident about yourself
- ENJOY LIFE way more

It's actually my birthday today, so because of the pie and some other food (the 2nd and 3rd slice of pie) I've already had my carbs, fats and calories for today.

But whenever I'm eating I'll always follow my own three rules. You should try it:

1. Always eat a source of protein.
2. Ad some vegetables to your protein.
3. Ad protein to your vegetables 😋

What is it that you do to stay mentally healthy?

No matter which muscle you're training, always:

-position your body in a way that forces the load to be as much as possible on the muscle(s) you're targeting.

-keep tention on the muscle during the entire set

-stretch the muscle while remaining tention

-shorten/ squeeze the muscle

Whenever I'm in the gym I see most people focusing on output (the force they're producing to move a curtain weight from point A to point B.) and variables (the amount of weight and reps).

I suggest to focus on STABILITY. This will improve the quality of the set and increases the muscle tention/ stimulus which implies more muscle growth. Training like this also significantly reduces the risk of injury's.

To my opinion, your second focus should be on skill. Which also contributes to the quality of the set and the muscle stimulus.

*Important note! A condition to all of this is the MOBILITY of your body. Meaning the ability to move in a certain way. Mobility differs from person to person (read body to body) and can be very complex because of this. Even a lot of coaches and trainers struggle with this.
