How to start your transformation (making it simple)

Most people never start because they don’t know where to start, or think they know and are doing stupid sh*t.🤓

1️⃣ Diet first. You can’t build on top of body fat. Start lean, then grow.

2️⃣ Build a plan you can stick to. Theoretical perfection means nothing if you can’t follow it.

3️⃣ Train with intent. Don’t go to the gym “to train” — go to improve.

4️⃣ Be consistent. Your dream physique comes from years of repetition, not weeks of motivation.

You don’t need to live like a robot — you just need a system that works with your lifestyle, not against it.

We are live✅

The project I’ve been working on since the beginning of this year.

I took my time to really think how I wanted to build it out.

And it payed off.

I’ve done some background testing to people that reached out to me privately when Builth was “closed down”

And tested out some different things to see what worked best on my people.

(I always test out on myself as well, but im a bit of a weird case haha)

The way im doing it right know works best for the people im working with and I keep getting blown away by the results and the ease of the results.

I will show you some of them in the upcoming days and weeks.

Meanwhile I will learn you everything that I learned over the last years about getting results in the gym and optimizing your performance and lifestyle, I will find a way that works best.
