Around this time last year
I felt it was time to take ownership of my creative talents and finally acknowledge the artist that I am
I received the divine invitation to create five circles
Tapestries that I was to call Soul Portals
Weaving my personal process into each piece
Going into my darkest, deepest wounds
Always guided by light, by God and mother earth
Finding peace and harmony within myself
Regaining my personal energy and strength
Feeling joyful and stronger
Ready to put myself out there
Vulnerable and real
Looking at my personal bumpy ride with gratitude
As it has brought me to where I am today
Closer to my personal mission: My soul’s path unfolding
Step by Step
Just like my artworks reveal themselves thread by thread
Every little fiber is a part of the whole

To be seen and touched
To touch the hearts of their viewers and remind, encourage and support them of their unique devine path on the beautiful planet.

I'm inviting you to go out into the world

Your womb as the safe birth place for all your creations
Fill yourself up with love, joy, with YOU!

Until you are fulfilled and flow over

While weaving this portal, I felt so energized. I couldn't stop creating. Curious to see every next colour flowing into another. Obsessed almost to complete it. And now, so excited to show her to you.

I have recently started following a new course
Everything and everyone can be my teacher and coursebook
My kids and partner
The wise and enlightened
The librarian that tells me off like a child (this stirred up anger in me, ooh and still does)
Universe is my co-creator
I have started asking these questions:
Universe, please show me what receiving is
Show me what I am not yet willing to receive
What’s it going to take for me to receive that?
What else can I receive?
In my life and lifetimes before, as many of us, I experiences deep levels of fear
That was so intense
I created strategies to never experience that ever again
I stopped receiving that
But with that, I stopped receiving all the other this world has to gift
So just a little love, help, support, comfort, abundance, connection can flow in my life
And that is what I most desire
So I’m asking Universe to show me again and again and again
What receiving is
My deepest wounds become uncovered
Deepest fears and grief and anger
By receiving that, being present with that, giving it space
I also experience more joy and love and abundance
And money! Is showing up as well
New possibilities

I hope you feel inspired to join this course of life
If it feels light for you and calls you
Probably you have already in one way or the other
It’s very hard to predict what this course is going to bring
It’s very likely going to be dark along the way at times
But we can trust Universe
It will always lead us into light
We can do this!

I represent Mother Earths ground
Fertile, caring, nurturing, ground of all creation
I call you to look inside of you
It’s okay

To see what remained unseen
To feel what has been so hard to feel until today
You have survived so far
You are strong and courageous
I carry you in my arms
I am with you meet your darkness

“He’s just here for your energy”
My husband when I came out of a session with a sigh

He reads people in a millisecond
It takes me longer
Especially when there is a imbalance in exchange of energy

I’ve done this for such a long time
Given my all
All my energy available for those in need
And in the end I felt depleted
Empty

I needed so much time to recover

Enough is enough
I need my energy for me
For my souls journey on this planet
For my dreams and desires
And that is not selfish
That’s a necessity

So
I asked my guides
How do I change this?
What is needed to close all entrances for people to just leach along on my energy?

And there it was
Choice
And then I saw an opening in my lower spine, closing
No more

It’s not a wrongness of this client
And all the other people that came along in my life
It’s a imbalance in exchange
A dependence on both sides
I did get something in return, that I thought was not present in me
Mostly that was about worthiness
I felt worthy when I was available with all my energy
When I received compliments about my wisdom and knowledge

What a deal!
All my energy for that...

I am grateful for that change in me
And I hope that it invites you to evaluate the relationships in your life
You don’t have to kick them out of your life
But it can change
Because in this exchange of energy
Both parties have forgotten that they are whole and complete
There is no necessity to leach on your energy
There is no necessity to give your energy away for this conditional “love”

It’s time to choose
And from that choice, things will change
Possibilities will show up
Follow the energy
Your energy is for you, and yours alone
Everyone has their own connection to the infinite source of everything

A very old and deep wound has been uncovered
It was kept hidden so well
And protected
So that I would never have to experience that same fear ever again
The fear I experienced as a very little girl
When I just hopped on this marvelous, horrible journey called life

Abuse

Nobody knew
Nobody saw
Nobody protected me

To deal with this
I developed a very complex system of protection mechanisms
The controller, the pleaser, the “All is good with me” and the “oh you need my energy for you, no problem, I’ve got plenty, take mine” mechanisms
And probably a lot more

I forgot the whole thing happened
As I had no words to give to this

In my desire to live my life without masks
Truly be me
I saw my inner world reflected
I asked questions
Learnt to follow the energy
And it has taken me to dark places
But I could never truly get to that one dark place before
To finally release that heaviness

Universe gives you what you are ready to receive
I guess I was ready now

To be with that deep fear
In the company of a good friend
In her loving arms
Protective
Present

She could hold the space for me to finally see, be, feel the pain that was holding me down
In that space I could finally really lower my barriers and be with that deep fear

Be with it
So that I can heal
Move through
Move on
And shine my light
True light
Without barriers

As very often when I clean up the old
Miracles happen
A healing movement happened also with my mother
I could receive her love, her comforting words
Her arms around me, her listening ear

I am grateful
Truly, super grateful for having such loving people around me
Sisters that can hold space for me
Mothers, grandmothers
Be with me in these darkest, scariest moments

So that I can move into my true light
And be that sister
Hold that space for whoever feels that it’s time to move through the darkness
So we can carry out our beautiful light
That’s what we’re here for

PS: I feel so naked, sharing this here... But I feel it has to be shared. Following the energy. Even if it feels very vulnerable. Scary. It feels light.

I feel guilty
Sometimes
That I am at home, creating
While the rest of the world is working hard
Being busy with serious, important and more lucrative businesses
I am here in peace and quiet
Giving fruition to my talents
And I forget to enjoy every moment of it
Because I was taught that making art has little value
Working hard in the outside world is more valuable
Sometimes I feel guilty when I forget that it is my birthright to enjoy life and every activity that I choose to do
When I forget that it is my souls purpose to create
It’s not a privilege or a luxury
I’s a natural force that wants to flow through me

I hope
That by following my natural flow
You feel inspired to follow yours
Allowing all your false beliefs, feelings, emotions pass by
Like guilt
And move through
Because they are not the truth of you and me
Do it anyway
Shine
Shamelessly bright
It is your true nature
