I’ve always valued my position with boxing/kickboxing… I don’t train fighters - I train everyday people. Most, if not all , of the Trifecta clients aren’t looking to enter the combat sport realm but I know if they absolutely had to throw a punch… if they land it they would certainly do some damage.

This message came out of the blue from a former member and it’s an amazingly flattering compliment.
To find her way to a competitive forum and confidently pursue further application of the techniques she was introduced to here at Trifecta Sport.

We know… this is click bait.

A core exercise that’s not easy but impressive when seen performed correctly. Yet it is an exercise one will find on our circuit from time to time.

But since we have your attention…

All we ask is that everyone TRIES. In doing so think of embracing the child inside of you that once jumped, balanced, and tumbled with unabashed fearlessness.
If you fail, try and enjoy the journey towards success… it probably will be sloppy, and comically flawed. But therein lies the call to laugh it off and try again.

Granted, this our teacher/trainer extraordinaire, and she’s expected to perform the exercise correctly; but even she had to traverse the learning curve to move with this control at this level.

That curve lies before us all… how will you choose to overcome it?

When we stumble …consider it the universe telling you to be closer to the earth.
So put yourself closer to the earth. If falling over, take control of the movement but give in to its direction. SIT yourself into the fall and see if you don’t reclaim your balance quickly.

Resistance most often facilitates the stumble.

Who are we? Why are we here?

Waarom een Amerikaans koppel naar Eindhoven komt om een sportschool te openen horen wij u denken? Wij zijn Darryl en Ali en zijn hier naartoe verhuisd om met onze kennis en passie de mensen in Eindhoven te begeleiden naar een gezonder leven, en dit mogen wij doen in de geheel gerenoveerde Padua Kerk de Villapark buurt. We hebben allebei onze masterdiploma's in biomechanica en klinische bewegingsfysiologie en onze missie is het vormen van een gemeenschap individuen, opgeleid in gezondheid en welzijn, en sterk en zelfverzekerd in geest en lichaam. Trifecta Sport is de eerste gezondheidsstudio van Eindhoven!

Als u onze circuittraining komt proberen traint u voor 45 minuten het hele lijf en gaat u fris en energiek de deur uit. Hoe het werkt? We hebben 12 stations waar we telkens 3 minuten voor de dag geselecteerde oefening doen, met 45 seconden rust tussen in. De eerste 4 stations zijn gefocust op kracht en stabiliteitstraining, de volgende 4 stations gaan we boksen en leren we u stapsgewijs verschillende kickbokstechnieken aan, en de laatste 4 stations werkt u aan mobiliteit en stretching.

De circuittraining is de kern van ons concept, maar daarnaast bieden we personal training, begeleide atletische rek- en mobiliteitsklassen, en organiseren we maandelijkse interactieve educatieve workshops en seminars op alle gebieden van lichaamsbeweging, gezondheid en welzijn.
