Gi YogaDance Yoga, Meditation and Zumba for everyone who wants to become healthier and happier without any obstacles of location or time. Gi YogaDance story in short!

Why yoga? Because it makes me feel good, balanced, in harmony and I believe that yoga and therapeutic approach to yoga can help many people around the world. Why dance? Because I grew up with dance and it is a very important part of my life that thought me a lot about body, movement, happiness and discipline. Why (mostly) online? Because I moved from place to place so many times which also means that I needed to leave many nice people behind – my beloved students and inspiring colleagues. By creating this online platform I would like to build long-lasting relationships with each of you by connecting and reconnecting via newsletter, blogging, social media, live online classes & workshops, online courses, retreats and more. The best part is that my or your location doesn’t matter at all. With love

Every time I come to my classes, I see the surprised faces of my students (each time more and more😃) - they are wondering how am I still moving?!? 😅🙈

I'm very grateful to my body every single time, which allows me to keep showing up ❤️👏🙏 also thank you to my students who keep coming to my classes and don't find my big belly too awkward 🫶
